You have been invited to attend our first Enhanced Care Day, being held at Warrior Square Surgery for Hastings and Rother Healthcare patients.
This event is designed to give you more time and access to clinical support in one visit, helping you to review your health and, where appropriate, make positive changes.
If this event is successful, we hope to repeat it again in the future.
OTHER CLINICAL SUPPORT ON THE DAY
Subject to demand and clinical capacity, there may also be a clinician available to discuss other medical queries or concerns. This will be monitored carefully so that booked appointments remain the priority.
Alongside pre-booked appointments, some patients will also be attending for height, weight and blood pressure checks, which may mean the surgery feels busier than usual.
BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING OUTSIDE THE EVENT
If you have a home blood pressure monitor, we encourage you to continue checking your blood pressure at home and to send your readings to us. Home readings are often very helpful and can support clinical decisions without needing an additional appointment.
You can also have your blood pressure checked at many local community pharmacies, which may be more convenient for some people.
