New telephone system

Hooray! We are proud to announce that we have a new telephone system installed across our three sites.

This system enables us to monitor the telephone calls to help us understand the volume of calls we receive every day and the waiting times our patients’ experience. These features will help us to improve our staffing solutions to deal with the busiest periods effectively.

Please note that all incoming and outgoing calls will be recorded for quality and dispute purposes.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) ADVICE

Do not leave home if you or someone you live with has either a high temperature or a new, continuous cough or loss/change to sense of smell or taste.
