Triage Operational Times

Please note that we will assist with standard appointment requests between 8am-1pm.

From 1-3pm we can only process appointment requests of an urgent nature.

After 3pm, our Triage service will end and you will be asked to contact us again the following day. However, our team will be happy to assist with other queries and routine nurse appointments until 5:30pm.

We are unable to take prescription requests over the telephone, please utilise the NHS App, Patient Access App, email or post through our letterbox.


As part of our care navigation process, our reception colleagues will ask you to provide information regarding the reason for your call today to ensure we direct your query to the most appropriate person to meet your needs. 

We are a training practice, if you do not wish to be seen by a colleague in training, please inform our reception team.


Do not leave home if you or someone you live with has either a high temperature or a new, continuous cough or loss/change to sense of smell or taste.
