Introducing Smart Triage by Rapid Health 

What is Rapid Health? 

We have launched Smart Triage by Rapid Health — a new and quicker way for patients to access appointments and send requests to the practice online. Rapid Health this has replaced our Engage Consult system and, for most patients, is the fastest way to access our services and book appointments. 

Rapid Health is designed to help us respond more efficiently, and improve the overall patient experience. 

Using the system is simple. Patients will complete a short online form about their medical concern or request. Based on the information provided, Rapid Health will guide patients to the most appropriate pathway, service or clinician. 

The system can also be used for administrative requests such as: 

• Subject Access and Brief Summary Requests 

• General admin queries 

• Test Results 

• Repeat Prescription Requests 

• Fit Note requests  

For patients who are unable to access online services, or do not use email our Front Desks and phone lines will continue to be available and our team will support you with your request in the usual ways. 

Rapid Health is a secure, NHS-approved system designed to keep your personal information safe. 

What do you need to do now?
