International Women's Day Women's Health Hub Event

Hastings & Rother Healthcare

To celebrate International Women’s Day, we are proud to launch our very first Women’s Health Event — a dedicated day designed to support, inform and empower women.

This event is specifically aimed at women aged 35–49. If successful, we hope to expand this initiative and offer additional Women’s Health Days in the future to support women at other stages of life.

On the day, you’ll be able to access a wide range of support and services in a safe, welcoming environment. This includes cervical screening (if you’ve been putting it off, this is your opportunity), breast awareness information, health checks and blood pressure monitoring, contraceptive and hormone advice, and support with sexual health and sex life concerns. We’ll also be offering talks, chair yoga sessions, signposting to local services, and guidance on any worries such as lumps and bumps — because nothing is too embarrassing when it comes to your health.

Our focus is on you and your wellbeing.
