Our Women’s Health Hub, based at Warrior Square Surgery, is a dedicated clinic, led by our Extended-Scope Nurse Practitioner, with specialist training and additional qualifications in Women’s and Reproductive health. We provide guidance on, all contraceptive options, including, implant and coil fittings / removals. Support and management of menstrual issues, gynaecohlogical conditions, and breast symptoms. Pre-conception advice, sexual health, and menopause and post-menopausal care and treatment.
When needed, we will always aim to cover more than one issue, relating to Women’s health in each consultation, and have a specific triage system for women’s health, to ensure each query is allocated to the most appropriate clinician – with enough time, to cover each issue.
We also offer extended-access to our service, with clinics running on some Saturday mornings too – these can be requested in advance if needed.
